What your Human-AI Manager does

Start with the one you need, or both. Here's exactly what each one does.

Customer feedback

Why our customers love us

The AI + Human difference

AI does the heavy lifting. A human makes sure it's actually right.

This is the whole reason Maggie and Sara exist as AI and a person, not just AI. The most common worry we hear before someone signs up: "will this just sound generic, obviously AI-written or AI-sent?" Here's why it doesn't.

Input

Built from your real signals

Every strategy, post, and message starts from what's actually true about your business, your brand, your ICP, and your industry, not a generic prompt.

brand profile ICP industry trends performance data
Human, not another AI pass

A real person checks every piece of work

Before a post or a message ever reaches you, someone on our team has already read it against your brand and tone. That's the quality check most AI tools skip.

Feedback loop

It gets better every month

Every cycle feeds the next: what performed, what didn't, and what to adjust. A running system, not a one-time setup you forget about.

→

The generic, obviously-AI feel comes from skipping the human review step, not from using AI at all. Maggie and Sara use AI to handle volume and research, and a real person on our team, not a second AI pass, makes sure what comes out still sounds like you before it reaches you or a prospect. That's the AI + Human model: the speed of AI and the judgment of a person who actually checked it, without having to be that person yourself.

The method

It's not just AI output. It's built to perform.

Posting content and sending messages is easy. Getting people to engage and reply is the real job. Here's how Maggie and Sara go about it.

The combo

How Maggie and Sara work together, and why a combo wins

They don't need each other to work. But run both, and the effect compounds: content builds familiarity, outreach turns it into pipeline.

Same signals, one voice

Both pull from the same business profile

Brand, ICP, and performance data are shared across both managers, so your content and your outreach sound like the same company, not two disconnected vendors.

Warmer outreach

Content does the trust-building first

A prospect who's already seen your posts is more likely to recognize you, and respond, when Sara reaches out. Content warms them up, outreach makes the ask.

One bill, not two

Combo pricing, not two separate fees

Run both as a combo plan at a discount versus running marketing and sales as two separate tools or hires.

Connected accounts

How Upbeater connects to Gmail, LinkedIn and Instagram

Your Human-AI Manager does the work inside the accounts you already use, so the output comes from you rather than from us. You choose which accounts to connect, you're told exactly what each connection authorizes before you approve it, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Gmail

When you connect Gmail, you authorize Upbeater to send emails on your behalf and read replies to those emails. Sara uses this to send your outreach, so recipients see a message from you and replies land in your inbox, and to detect a reply so a sequence stops automatically once someone answers. She checks only the threads she sent, not your wider mailbox.

What we access, and why →

LinkedIn

Maggie publishes content you've reviewed and approved to your LinkedIn company page or your personal profile, and reads comments, likes, and analytics on those posts to report on performance. Sara sends outreach and follow-ups from your own personal LinkedIn profile.

Instagram

Maggie publishes your approved content to Instagram and reads comments, likes, and post-level analytics on that content for reporting and optimization.

FAQ

Questions about Human-AI Managers

What's the difference between Marketing Maggie and Sales Sara?

Marketing Maggie plans, creates, and publishes your LinkedIn and Instagram content. Sales Sara finds, scores, and reaches out to your leads on LinkedIn and email. Both run on the same model: AI does the work, a real person checks it before it reaches you, and you approve it before it ships.

Can I run Maggie and Sara together?

Yes. Most clients who need both marketing and sales run them as a combo plan at a discount versus running them separately. See the combo pricing above →

How is this different from hiring or using an agency?

You get the output of a specialist without the cost of a hire or the overhead of an agency retainer: one predictable monthly fee, a few hours a month of your time to review and approve, and everything checked by a real person before it reaches you.

Which channels do Maggie and Sara work on?

Maggie posts to LinkedIn, on your company page or your personal profile, and to Instagram. Sara reaches out on LinkedIn from your own personal profile, and by email through Gmail. We're adding more channels over time.

Can I export my leads?

Yes. You can export the leads Sara finds, so you can bring them into your CRM or any other tool you use.

What do I need to do each month?

Very little. Once your brand or outreach profile is set up, you review and approve what's produced each month, content for Maggie, leads and messages for Sara. They handle the research, creation, scheduling, and sending.
