To do this work on your behalf, Upbeater asks you to connect certain third-party accounts. This page explains what each connection is for and what access it involves.
Sales Sara, Upbeater's AI sales manager, sends personalized outreach emails on your behalf: directly from your own connected Gmail account, so the people you're reaching out to see messages coming from you, not from Upbeater.
This requires permission to:
- Send email through your Gmail account on your behalf
- Check your inbox for replies, so outreach automatically stops once someone responds
We don't use this access for anything beyond sending your outreach and detecting replies to it.
You can review or revoke Upbeater's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings, or by contacting us.

LinkedIn & Instagram
Marketing Maggie, Upbeater's AI marketing manager, publishes content directly to a client's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, on a schedule the client reviews and approves. We also read engagement data (comments, likes, and post-level analytics) to report on performance and improve future content.
This requires permission to:
- Publish posts to your LinkedIn and/or Instagram account on your behalf
- Read comments, likes, and analytics on the posts we publish, for reporting and optimization
We don't use this access for anything beyond publishing your approved content and reporting on its performance.
