3.1. AI Tools & Automated Processing
Some data you provide is processed using AI tools to assist with content creation, outreach personalization, and business recommendations. These AI tools analyze your preferences, performance history, and business goals to suggest optimized strategies. All AI-generated content and recommendations require your final approval.Customer data is used exclusively to improve the performance of that specific customer's own Human-AI Manager. Aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable data may be used to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our AI models. No personally identifiable information or proprietary business content is used for this purpose.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your data. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our services, such as hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, and AI tools.
- Business Partners: When we collaborate on co-branded content, promotions, or joint services.
- Legal Authorities: When required to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights.
We rely on several third-party platforms to deliver our services, including email providers, social media scheduling tools, and AI content platforms. While we carefully select these partners, we do not control their services and are not liable for outages, data loss, or errors caused by them. Your use of these tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
When you connect your Google account so Sales Sara can send outreach on your behalf, we request permission to send email through your Gmail account and to check your inbox for replies, so outreach automatically stops once someone responds. We do not otherwise read, browse, or store the content of your Gmail messages beyond what is needed to detect a reply, and we do not use this data for advertising, to train general-purpose AI models, or for any purpose beyond providing this feature. We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties except as needed to operate Sales Sara. You can revoke Upbeater’s access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party access settings, and can request deletion of any Google user data we have stored by contacting us. Upbeater’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 4.3 Instagram & Meta User Data
When you connect your Instagram account so Marketing Maggie can publish on your behalf, we request permission to publish posts to your Instagram account and to read comments, likes, and post-level analytics on the content we publish, so we can report on performance and improve future content. We do not sell or license this data, use it for surveillance, build profiles of you beyond what is needed to provide this feature, or use it for advertising, credit, employment, insurance, or housing decisions. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed to provide the service, on request, or if you deactivate your account, consistent with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke Upbeater’s access at any time from your Instagram account settings, or by contacting us. When you connect your LinkedIn account so Marketing Maggie can publish on your behalf, we request permission to publish posts to your LinkedIn account and to read comments, likes, and analytics on the content we publish, so we can report on performance and improve future content. We store this data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, do not use it to target advertising at you individually, do not use it for surveillance or discriminatory decisions, and delete content we’ve collected via LinkedIn’s APIs on request or when your account is closed, consistent with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. You can revoke Upbeater’s access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings, or by contacting us. 4.5 Customer Data Isolation
Each customer's data, including business information, content, outreach strategies, and account history, is stored as an isolated entity within our systems and is not accessible to or shared with other customers.
We retain different types of data for different periods, depending on the service:
- Human-AI Managers: Account data and service history are retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 24 months after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request permanent deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at contact@upbeater.com, and we will action this request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
- Other operational data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply with legal obligations.
5.1 UPDATING PERSONAL information
If you change your name, address or contact information, or become aware of incorrect information, it is your responsibility to change your information so that it is up-to-date and correct. Upbeater aims to maintain accurate information about you and will do everything we can to keep your information up to date. If your personal data is subject to correction or deletion, Upbeater will notify the recipients of your personal data, provided that Upbeater finds it possible and not unreasonably burdensome.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers are located. Where required, we use contractual safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data

If not all registered data is considered necessary, Upbeater can, however, carry out the desired action for the personal data that is not needed.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
